Repairs

We make our bags to last, we make them to be repairable and we make them to be recyclable. Like you, we don’t want them going into landfill if at all possible.

All BEEN London products come with a 1 year warranty. Beyond that, we will do everything we can to keep them in use. So if your bag needs a little TLC, then get in touch with us at hello@been.london and we’ll do what we can to get it fixed and back to you.

 

Standard Returns and Exchanges 

When you buy something from us, we hope you love it. However, should you change your mind (it happens to the best of us), you have 14 days to send it back to us.

Unless it's faulty, if you do decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. This means clean, unworn and unwashed.

 

How to return: 

  1. Drop us an email to hello@been.london and we’ll arrange a shipping label or collection for you.

  2. Ship your item(s) using the original packaging to:
    BEEN London, 27a Greenwood place, NW5 1LB, London, UK.

  3. Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us, so please remember to ask for a proof of postage.

  4. You can expect to receive a refund within 14 days of sending the parcel back to us. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.


When will I receive my refund?

Your return should take a maximum of 14 days to reach us and be processed. We always try to be as fast as possible, but during busy periods (such as holidays and sales), it can take a little longer.
