Standard Returns and Exchanges

When you buy something from us, we hope you love it. However, should you change your mind (it happens to the best of us), you have 14 days to send it back to us.

If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. This means clean, unworn and unwashed. Please be advised that we are not able to accept any form of refund or exchange for any personalised items.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders can be cancelled free of charge, before they are shipped, by clicking the link in your confirmation email or by emailing us at: yourorder@been.london

Faulty items

Faulty items can be returned at any time. Should you receive a faulty item please contact us by email at hello@been.london stating your Order Number and the nature of the fault.

How to return:

  • Drop us an email to yourorder@been.london and we’ll arrange a shipping label or collection for you.
  • Ship your item(s) using the original packaging to BEEN London, Studio 1, 121 Monier road, London, UK.
  • Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us, so please remember to ask for a proof of postage.
  • You can expect to receive a refund within 14 days of sending the parcel back to us. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.

When will I receive my refund?

Your return should take a maximum of 14 days to reach us and be processed. We always try to be as fast as possible, but during busy periods (such as holidays and sales), it can take a little longer.
