Orders are usually available for collection within 24 hours. This delivery method can be selected during the online checkout process. Once your order is ready for collection an email will be sent to notify you. Please bring a copy of the notification email and a form of photo ID with you on collection. If someone else is collecting on your behalf then they will need the email and a form of ID of the person who placed the order.

All UK orders are delivered within 3-5 working days. Orders delivered within London zones 1 to 3 are delivered by 100% emissionless delivery thanks to our friends at Quiver and outside of London are delivered by DHL tracked. Next Day deliveries are delivered by DHL tracked.

Saturdays and Sundays are NOT classed as working days.

UK delivery includes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Isle of Wight.

We make sure to only use tracked (and environmentally responsible) shipping methods. When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link, allowing you to make sure you know exactly when your parcel arrives. If you’re based in London, your order will be delivered by a human- or electricity-powered vehicle and you will get a two hour slot on the day of your delivery.

BEEN London cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.For any queries, please contact us via email on yourorder@been.london

All international orders are shipped using DHL and are guaranteed to be with you within 7-12 days, although often they arrive much sooner.

Please note, as of 01/01/2021 additional taxes and duties may occur that are not included in the shipping rates at checkout when shipping to countries within the EU.
