How do I build my digital wardrobe?
Your digital wardrobe is automatically created when you sign in on the BEEN London Pre-loved platform, powered by Charles. Simply sign in and view all your BEEN London purchases in one place. Ensure you use the same email you used for your purchases to see your complete wardrobe.
I want to resell one of my items, what do I need to do?
Just click the ‘I want to sell’ button next to the item you would like to resell. No more taking photos and manual listing, with one click our resale partner Charles will make the item available for resale on the ‘pre-loved’ section and across their network of second-hand marketplaces. You will be notified once your item is sold.
I have received a trade-in offer, what does this mean?
Someone is interested in buying an item that you own and has made an offer to buy it from you. The trade-in offers are personalised and only available for a limited time so you must act quickly!
I have accepted a trade-in offer or made a sale, what do I do next?
1. Check the item’s condition: only items in Brand New, Excellent or Very Good condition are eligible.
2. Pack your item: in a suitable package for shipping.
3. Ship the item: follow the shipping instructions provided.
How do I redeem the proceeds from resales or trade-ins?
All proceeds from resales or trade-ins are issued in a store credit. Use the voucher code for any purchase at BEEN London by applying it during checkout to redeem its value.
What is the condition of items accepted for resale or trade-ins?
We only accept items in Brand New, Excellent or Very Good condition.
Please refer to the below definitions to determine the condition of your items.
Brand new: The piece has never been worn or used and is as good as brand new.
Excellent: The piece has barely been used or worn and has minimal signs of usage.
Very good: The piece has been used or worn and has some signs of wear.
Good: The piece has been used or worn and has moderate signs of wear.
Moderate: The piece has obvious signs of wear (hard scratches, stains).
How am I contacted when there is a trade-in offer for one of my items?
Keep an eye on your inbox. You will be alerted via email when a trade-in offer is available for your items. You will also be able to see any items that are available for trade-in via your digital wardrobe.
