Every material we have used to create this bag is certified, fully traceable and helps you contribute to a waste-free future.
Global Recycled Standard certified, our smooth recycled leather is made in Italy. Beautifully crafted, the material is made from tannery offcuts and trimmings that would have otherwise been discarded by the fashion industry. Composition: 50% leather fibres, 20% Recycled Polyester, 15% Polyester, 15% Polyurethane.
Global Recycled Standard certified, the tapes of our polyester zips are made from single-use plastic bottles which have a short lifespan but for hundreds of years harm our wildlife and oceans. The plastic waste is broken down and pulverised before being spun into yarn and made into zips.

Our artisans in London work hard to manage the inconsistencies in these innovative materials. Much like virgin leather, please be mindful that irregularities in the leather's appearance are not uncommon.
Every BEEN London order is packaged by our small team and shipped to you from our Studio in East London.
We offer free delivery on all UK orders over £200.
All UK orders are delivered within 3-5 working days. London (zone 1-3) orders are delivered by bike or an electric car using HIVED, a zero emissions parcel service. All other UK orders are delivered by DHL.
International orders are shipped by DHL within 7-12 working days.

Our recycled leather is waterproof. To clean, wipe surface gently with a damp cloth.
