This is an exciting opportunity to be one of the core members of a small but fast growing team. You will use your exceptional creative and strategic skills to take the brand to the next level and be part of the leadership team shaping the organisational strategy and culture as we grow.

As Head of Marketing and Communications you’ll be responsible for all aspects of effectively communicating the vision and mission of BEEN London and marketing our products across all channels.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in fast-paced marketing and brand communications teams. Fashion and ecommerce experience is a must.

This is a 4-5 days a week role based in London.
Compensation: salary depending on experience + share options.

- Overseeing all aspects of marketing and communications.  You’ll act as the BEEN London brand guardian, responsible for tone of voice and visual identity across all touch points
- Working closely with the rest of the team and a network of freelancers to create brilliant campaigns and press stories
- Overseeing all brand collaborations and liaising with our partners teams to ensure smooth and exciting launches
- Overseeing UX and conversion across ecommerce channels to drive growth
